Artist Bio:
Cody Farlow was born in Folsom, California and was raised in Sacramento until age 7 when his family moved to Utah. Utah is where Cody found and honed his passion for music. At the age of 8, Cody rewrote the Dixie Chick's song "Cowboy Take Me Away" to "Lord Take Me Away" which he performed at his church. After the applause, Cody was hooked and kept performing in church and in locals talent shows to hone his skills. At the age of 12, Cody bought his first piano with money he got for Christmas from his grandparents. Only a few days later he had written three songs, starting a passion not only for singing but for writing. He posted his first song to YouTube a little while later which his family enjoyed. Now after over a decade of performing and writing Cody has an EP and is currently working on his first full-length album. To date, Cody has had several of his songs gain 20,000+ views on YouTube videos with his channel having over 250,000 views total with under 20 videos.

    verse 1:
    Tomorrow is another day
a chance for the pain to go away
I know it's hard for you to stay
    today oh today
    sometimes things get hard
    people get sad
    sometimes things get tough
    and we get mad
we say things we never meant
    escalate beyond the bad

    Chorus:
but there's gonna be another day anyway
for us to play at the game we made
love may seem all but lost
    but forever has a cost
    however long it may take
    the lonely nights
    you are worth the fight

    verse 2:
the day may stick in your mind
like an arrow it hurts this time
I know we did things that went too far
    yesterday yesterday
    times got tough
    but time heals all wounds
the words we said never again

    Chorus:
but there's gonna be another day anyway
for us to play at the game we made
love may seem all but lost
    but forever has a cost
    however long it may take
    the lonely nights
    you are worth the fight

    Bridge:
    we've become lost
    within ourselves
    more anger
than we ever should have held
this apology may be too late
but if you want it it's yours to take

    Chorus:
but there's gonna be another day anyway
for us to play at the game we made
love may seem all but lost
    but forever has a cost
    however long it may take
    the lonely nights
    you are worth the fight
